Basic obligations of incoming person
- These safety instructions are intended for a visitor of BROSE CZ spol. s r.o. (hereinafter referred to as BROSE CZ) and for employees of an external supply company.
- If you are a visitor and you go to a particular person, this person has to wait for you and pick you up at the gatehouse or at the reception of Brose building 1, or at the reception of Brose building The security man will explain the way to you. Your duty is to move only along the sidewalk and pedestrian crossings.
- If you are an employee of an outsourcing company, which performing a task in a Brose CZ, on the basis of a concluded contract, your employer and Brose CZ must have the concluded instructions for external companies. At the Brose CZ side , you have your appointed coordinator, who will pick you up in one of these places: on the gatehouse, the Brose building's 1 reception, or the Brose building's 4 reception. The security man will explain the way to you.
- You are required to follow the instructions of the security guard, the person of your visit or the instructions of the coordinator.
- If you need to enter to the campus by the vehicle for the business reasons, observe the maximum permitted speed and traffic signs. Information about the parking place must be discussed with security man of Brose CZ.
- Movement in production halls is possible only on marked roads. Pedestrian crossing through the roads are marked, at these crossings pedestrian does not take priority before the handling technique. At pedestrian crossings use traffic mirrors (if are installed on this place).
- All persons are required to be attentive while walking, so as not to be the cause of an accident, injury, or threat to others persons.
- if you are walking in the production halls of Brose CZ outside the marked pedestrian paths, you are required to use protective work shoes and use a protective reflective vest in the logistics areas. In addition, use the hearing protector and the reflective vest in the pressing room. If you need to borrow this equipment from Brose CZ, please contact the person you are visiting or yours coordinator. Move around the workplace always with the destined person.
- Persons, who entering to the area by cars (passenger / freight, etc.) are obliged, especially in the winter months, have to cleaned up bonnets and tarpaulins of cargo spaces from snow, ice and other impurities.
- All persons, who entering to the areal of the company, are required to undergo a test on the presence of alcohol and addictive substances on request, incl. checks of luggage and personal belongings, for the purpose of controlling prohibited articles and goods carried. These inspections are carried out by authorized persons (company security officers).
